Refunds and Exchanges
Items can be refunded up to 14 days after purchase with receipt. Exchanges can be made up to 30 days. All items must be purchased from us directly. Any alterations, custom orders, special requests (such as specific stones), and/or sized items are non-refundable. All items that are sold through Art Shows, eBay, auctions, or sale items are non-refundable.
If the repair is under our 90 day warranty, we will repair it free of cost and expedite the return of your purchase (Must be purchased from us directly). Items that are past our 90 day warranty, repair fees will apply. Please send items to:

If the piece was not purchased from us, please email a photo of the piece to firstname.lastname@example.org. From the photo, we will be able to give you a quote to fix it. Our minimum repair is $25.00 plus shipping. Please keep in mind that we only work in sterling silver and 14k Gold. Begay Indian Jewelry is not responsible for any merchadise or materials left in our care. The customer understands that all items are left at their risk. We do not guarantee repairs.

We require a non-refundable down payment of 50% of the total amount, and the balance paid upon completion. Upon completion, I will photograph the finished piece and email it to you. The the balance is due, and the piece is shipped.

Indian Jewelry is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items that belong to the customer. All material left in our care is left at the risk of the customer.
